To place an order, send an email to export@tigertextile.com.tr with your product details and specifications: quantities, type (e.g. t-shirt, hoodie), decoration (printing/embroidery), fabric/color choices, sizing. You’ll receive an order response with cost, production time, packing / shipping details, and artwork previews.

The minimum order depends on the decoration / printing technique and product type. For example:

• Automated Screen Printing: 200 pieces
• Embroidery: 200 pieces
• In-stock colour product models: 200 pieces

Custom-dyed fabrics may have higher minimums (for example 500-1000 pcs for certain colours).

Yes — mixed sizes are possible. Sizes from XXS to 2XL are generally allowed without extra fees; for 3XL / 4XL there may be additional charges.

Lead times depend on order volume, decoration type, fabric sourcing, and production schedule. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a production period estimate. (Specific production days are provided after you submit order details.)

You can send your logo or artwork in:

• Vector formats: AI, EPS, PDF
• Raster formats: PSD, PDF, TIFF
• High resolution bitmaps (300 dpi or more; 600 dpi preferred for complex prints)

Yes. Tiger Textile accepts custom dye fabric colour matching. For example: T-shirts with Pantone / custom dye colour matching require a minimum quantity (e.g. 500 pcs).

Yes. If you have drawings, specifications, sketches, or tech-packs, send them over. They review bespoke/custom-made garment requests and quote accordingly.

Tiger Textile ships internationally. Shipping options include:

• Express courier (UPS, DHL, TNT, Aramex) for small packages (1-10 boxes)
• Air freight for medium shipments
• Road transport or TIR truck for larger orders (e.g. multiple boxes / pallets)

Insurance is included unless you specifically request an FOB price.

Yes. Products undergo wash-fastness and scratch-test checks. There is a limited guarantee for manufactured apparel for up to one year, provided care & washing instructions are followed.
